Despite 18-24 yr-olds experiencing over 5 million legal problems p.a., MOJ’s own survey could only identify ONE young person (from >10,000 sample) who had obtained advice funded by legal aid

Homeless 17-yr-old given tent to live in after he asked council for help. Lived in tent for five weeks, then static caravan for four weeks and then several nights he slept rough. Then developed mental health problems and had to be detained for 11 months. independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-n…
