I don't want shares in your company, I want shares in the project. Wena you deal with the mafias/comrades, and nna I deal with the technical side of the project: CIDB: PE 4GB, 3SQ, 6CE 😂 PS: I charge for the BOQ upfront, whether we are going in together or not.

I'm looking for a freelancing quantity surveyor that specializes in wet services, or a plumber that is willing to price for a fee. I have an overload and not many quantity surveyors know how to price plumbing correctly 🙏🏿

One of the reasons why I don't like talking business on social media anymore? Here you will argue with an unemployed person about why you shouldn't start a company, the dangers therefore and why it's not for everyone. You get dragged into it until you ask how many people they are paying salaries of, then you realize your energy is very important and that it's better to troll than try to teach and share business ideas 😅 I decided I'm here to have fun and laugh, nothing more 🤣

You were never meant to drink dead water. Clay pot water is alive, alkaline, mineral-rich, and earth-frequency-tuned, a daily communion most modern humans have completely forgotten. The clay pot is not a storage container. It is a temple. The Honest Truth: Earth is alive. Soil breathes, communicates, and carries intelligence that modern science is still too young to fully measure. Clay is compressed living earth. It contains natural antimicrobial compounds, silica, iron, calcium, magnesium, and negatively charged particles that genuinely interact with water stored inside it. What clay pot slowly and honestly does: . Its natural minerals and compounds work against harmful bacteria . Negative ionic particles attract and draw certain chemicals and toxins toward the clay walls . Minerals leach gently into the water, raising its quality . Its breathing pores allow natural oxygenation over time . Chlorine and some volatile chemicals dissipate through hours of rest The key word is slow. Clay operates on earth time, not human impatience. Given enough hours, it does real work not dramatic, not instant, but genuine and deep. The honest boundary: Heavily chemically treated tap water benefits from clay storage, but starting with filtered water first gives clay the best conditions to do its true work. Clay is not a storage container. It is a slow, living healer, correcting, mineralising, and quietly restoring what modern water treatment strips away. Ancient civilizations across the world knew this without laboratories. That alone deserves serious respect.💧🍃🫶🏽

This is where a person need to learn the business skill of their business. Go to the mines, find out who is who. Understand the term "bana ba mobu" and be willing to front if you have to. Find two or three ladies and let them do the running for you (since South Africa prefers giving opportunities to women more than men) Unfortunately, we always have to find a way to work with what we have. The attitude should always be: OTHERS ARE DOING IT, WHY CAN'T I? THEN GO AND DO IT.

My brother who is in mining just called me 😅 Telling me that the challenge with us is that we don't have machinery. I disagree: I think our challenge is that we don't want machinery. We have money for it. If we look at the cars we are driving, that's where you will see our capital.

Jealousy between Black people is not a personality flaw. It's a symptom of scarcity conditioning. When you've been taught the table is small, you guard your seat from your own brother. Expand the table. Stop guarding the chair.
