In terms of computer resources, it's negligible. In terms of tokens, yes, it does use a lot of tokens. Certain plans are better than others. For instance, a $20 ChatGPT Pro subscription gets you a lot more mileage than a $20 Claude Pro subscription. Then on the flip side, Claude has a $100 subscription that makes it to where you can basically use Atom nonstop and never think about it. So it depends on how much you use it.
