@toeshopping @musyasugyo I remember a post that said the 3rd game was 80% but stopped before Apex came in, it was in a similar situation for HL3, Devs don't launch unless its innovative and revolutionary like the past titles did. now that build of TF3 is stuck in a frozen state.
