@Justaidiot4 @logorrheia It's not about the male contraceptive, it's about the fact that women have been complaining about the pain and numerous side effects of the birth control that is available. Why can't women have a gel? They've been the primary target for years, and should have had more research

so this is actually a good thing and we should not be advocating for more uncomfortable birth control methods just because they're for men! we should want everyone to have many comfortable options!

It’s really a man’s world because what do you mean women have spent YEARS dealing with birth control in all these forms, and they get a GEL?? The pills you have to keep up with, plus the hormonal side effects. The injections that can mess with your cycle. The implants that sit there for years. The IUDs that literally have to be inserted into your uterus. And even the rings still come with side effects. And now that it’s the men’s turn, they get a GEL. Okay🚶🏽‍♀️
