Kenneth Okonkwo doing everything to please Atiku and to earn his pay. I thought at some point that he has a worth but guy is completely worthless. Atiku hired him strictly to attack Obi if he wants some dollars.

5/ Apply as early as possible. UoPeople says scholarship funds are often distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
6/ If approved, scholarship funds are typically applied directly to your student account and used to cover assessment fees until the funds are exhausted.
