ANOTHER MOONSHOT BY MOON PAY Yesterday we saw @moonpay partner with @houseofdoge, now they partner with Mastercard to enable fast payments at volume. We could see a number of solutions and products when we think of the two in tandem. Agentic Payments: Imagine micro AI agent transactions at scale settled on the Dogecoin blockchain via a MoonPay/House of Doge/Mastercard partnership. Dogecoin Mastercard: Could this mean we might see a Mastercard that enables Dogecoin holding and transactions thanks to the MoonPay/HoD partnership bringing Doge Pay to the consumer card market? These speculations creep closer to reality with each new announcement.

A lot can happen in a month

Like Value Trust is the book. But it's also the life. How I lead my family. How I serve my clients. How I show up for my community. It's not a sales tactic. It's a standard.

Speed impresses. Accuracy builds trust. Do both. Fast communication that's wrong costs you more than slow communication that's right. Deliver quickly. Deliver correctly.

A good deal for the client AND a good deal for you — that's the only transaction worth doing. Win-win or no deal. Your reputation is built on the quality of the outcomes you create.

Your database is a church congregation. Serve them. Check in on them. Celebrate their wins. Show up in their hard moments. They don't need a newsletter. They need a relationship.

I'm a husband. A father-to-be. A man of faith. Those identities shape how I do business. I'm not just selling real estate. I'm building something that outlasts me. That perspective changes everything.

You’re telling me I have League Pass, Peacock, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, Prime and Netflix and still can’t watch the NBA finals?

Fear of rejection is the tax on growth. Every great salesperson I know paid it early. The ones who couldn't pay it stayed average. Pay the tax. Collect the growth.

One of my mentors told me: The cream always rises. But only if it stays in the jug long enough. Don't leave before the rise. Outlast the doubt.

Don't expect real estate to be passive It's far from it However, there's no asset class that creates such tremendous tax deductions while building equity and cashflow over time with such minimal risk

Don't just close the transaction. Close the loop. Call them after move-in. Ask how they're settling in. Send the housewarming gift. The relationship lives after the deal.

Your brand is a promise. Every touchpoint either confirms it or contradicts it. Your email response time. Your voicemail message. Your car. Your handshake. All of it is branding.

A first-time homebuyer is terrified. They don't need a transaction manager. They need a guide. A calm voice. Someone who's been here before. Be that for them.

I've been humbled more by this industry than built up. And that's the point. Humility makes you coachable. Coachability makes you better. Better makes you successful. Stay humble.
