In 2023, JPI released a short documentary titled "Don't Abandon Us: Addressing Youth, Crime, and Trauma." The documentary highlights the lived experience of two individuals who were incarcerated for decades following convictions in their youth. youtu.be/fScEI0LIG5M

In 2018, JPI released a report titled "The Ungers, 5 Years and Counting." The report advocates for reducing long prison terms which would in turn save taxpayer dollars. The report laid the groundwork for the Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act in DC. ow.ly/Tmsj50WzER0
