Proudly Canadian. Enough with partisan politics! Everyone has the same goal! I do NOT fully endorse ANYONE I repost or quote on my profile.

@Rob83871601 Alberta problems ARE Canadas problems. We need politicians to grow up and sit at the table in good faith, on all sides. Together problems get solved, alone, Alberta still has the same problems and more.

I have studied climate science professionally for the past 25 years, so I am well-qualified to speak on this matter. Regarding emissions from wildfires, these are a natural source that have occurred for millions of years. Wildfires existed when carbon dioxide levels were at 280 ppm and will continue to occur when they reach 600 ppm. Their occurrence is unrelated to current wildfire activity.

@akaelwopo1 @KerryLynneFindl There is zero context for the screenshot you posted. Canada is actually closer to carbon negative, that doesn’t mean we should feel free to increase the output, our industries should be incentivized to reduce emissions WHILE increasing production. Keeping Canada clean

The key lies in the questions you pose to AI models. Is Grok wrong entirely? Not necessarily, because numerous factors influence climate change. Do human emissions solely cause warming? Consider that they account for only 0.004% of greenhouse gases. Additionally, 99.9% of climate variability is due to natural factors. Historical data shows that CO2 levels were higher during colder periods and lower during warmer periods. The claim that 99.9% of scientists agree is misleading, science is not a popularity contest. You must prove your hypothesis, or you haven't. There’s a well-known study claiming 99% of scientists agree, but it was conducted by an alarmist scientist with a history of physical attacks on skeptics. This bias taints the results. Credible scientists like Will Happer, Judith Curry, and Steve Koonin, who have worked with the IPCC and served in government, do not see climate change as an imminent threat due to lack of solid evidence. For example, claims that wildfires and extreme weather are worsening are false; actual data shows these events are declining. Yet mainstream media and AI systems like Grok often echo these false narratives. When challenged on the science, Grok can change its stance. I will demonstrate this by asking it the same question and then questioning its answer. To support my point, I have scientific graphs ready.

@akaelwopo1 @KerryLynneFindl @grok Lmao love how you’re trying to use grok to refute peer reviewed studies and you manipulate it into SLIGHTLY saying you’re correct then think you’ve just destroyed the entire scientific community…

Tariff-free trade means an end to the Dairy Cartel. You campaigned to maintain the 10 to 1 Quebec versus Alberta dairy license inequity and to maintain dairy quotas in the election you LOST. There will be NO tariff free trade with the US without ending the dairy monopoly. We all know you don’t have the guts to do it. #AlbertaIndependence

@DogTurdCanada Probably, if Joe extended an invitation to do so. He watched what happened when Kamala didn’t and Trump did. He’d be stupid to outright refuse

If oil prices remain at this elevated level, I bet that 2027 will see another $10B put into the Heritage Fund. A Heritage fund of $250B (the stated goal of the AB Government), would secure an incredible position for the People of Alberta.

@akaelwopo1 @KerryLynneFindl Grok says it’s 99% of peer reviewed studies saying human carbon emissions are the primary driver of climate change. Is the scientific community wrong/lying? Emissions in cities has been directly linked to respiratory illnesses, so reducing them is saving money on healthcare

The tax is on carbon dioxide, and it is definitely not harmful to our planet; in fact, it's crucial for life on Earth. Claiming that it's meant to prevent bad things from happening to our planet, with no evidence other than what the news claims, which is almost always false, is misleading. Meanwhile, wealthy politicians fly around in their private jets doing world tours, while struggling people are blamed for their so-called sins. As a society, we need to stop this nonsense and educate ourselves so the politicians can't get away with this rubbish.

@Itisabadword @JeffreyRWRath @PierrePoilievre @NicD903 @joerogan Equalization is irrelevant to the real issue. The real complaint is how much federal taxes are paid because the average wage is the highest in the country. If you think equalization is part of the real problem, you don’t understand equalization or the legitimate complaints.

@JustinD8787 @JeffreyRWRath @PierrePoilievre @NicD903 @joerogan Now examine why is that. Because all of the other provinces refuse to extract their own resources. Quebec has more natural gas than Alberta. Yet they chose not to extract it and yet their hydropower is not included inthe equalization formula.

@JustinD8787 @JeffreyRWRath @PierrePoilievre @NicD903 @joerogan California’s per capita net contribution is much lower than what Albertans pay. The U.S. has no program like Canada’s Equalization. Also, the U.S. Constitution does not allow a state to legally secede, so of course secession would not be tolerated there. It's legal here.

@TheWestWantsOut @JeffreyRWRath @PierrePoilievre @NicD903 @joerogan You know, multiple states, California being the biggest, are net contributors to their country. The difference is, they aren’t throwing tantrums over it AND their government would NOT tolerate this type of movement from any individual state nor do they have the means for any to

@JustinD8787 @JeffreyRWRath @PierrePoilievre @NicD903 @joerogan Albertans receive $25 billion a year LESS than we pay. What's not making sense? And... If Quebec would actually charge market rates for their hydroelectricity and do something about developing their huge natural gas reserves, they would receive a lot less in Equalization.
