it has been a month since (after months of me trying to get answers about where my ace trainer card is) someone from ace trainer support emailed me, wrongfully informing me that i was not on the ace trainer list for the 2025 season. i immediately responded to them, and sent the same response to the support email i had been in contact with previously, providing them with screenshots of my points for that season as well as screenshots of the emails THEY SENT ME last year informing me i made ace trainer, as well as the emails they sent me this year updating me on when they’ll be sent out. i have also followed up once a week since then, and no one has responded to me. i am now moving in two weeks and i’m very stressed out that it’s going to (eventually) get shipped to my old address. im seeing so many people getting theirs recently and ive heard absolutely nothing. i just want my card that i earned 😭😭😭 @playpokemon @Pokemon @PokemonTCG
