Athlete: @JustinGoolsby10 School: William Jewell College First session with my guy and we took HUGE strides. •Focused on pushing the ball back instead of down to eliminate his wind up and quicken his release •Worked getting on extension with our elbow and wrist when releasing the ball •As well as getting our break step(2nd step) turned to our target, so we are in line and don’t get open First picture/video is where we started and 2nd picture/video is where we finished.
