Pausing at the catch and in the bottom of the lift provides a great opportunity to try to force yourself into the best position you can get in while using a reasonable load.
They’re usually all pretty good after a few weeks

The dudes in the front of the video in the 2nd half are all freshmen. 4th time they’ve cleaned.

ALL human, ALL have bad moments but the importance here is that the coach/teacher pulled the young man to the side.
There’s a lot in this profession who believe the young man should come apologize on his own, but it’s our job to teach and model. Love it @JustinStrain5

Senior night at the G! Honored to be chosen by my guy Ke’Shawn to rep his jersey. This dude started playing ball his senior year so he could be a part of something. The growth physically AND mentally has been tremendous and I’m so proud of him. MORE THAN FOOTBALL!

It is much more than football. Recently, I had the honor of celebrating the graduation of some of my former players. Also, a few other former players joined me for the fundraising golf tournament to support my new school. I love what I do. Thankful for the journey and these guys!
