Got my lab results back today. My A1C is holding steady at 5.2!

I'm still on just a single BP med (genetic lottery didn't help me here). I strive to eat only natural, whole foods either grown myself or sourced locally when possible. No cutting entire food groups. Just balance.

Time for my semi-annual health check-in (posting to keep myself accountable). From my doctor's visit: - Weight: 203.8 lbs (92.44 kg) - BP: 126/86 (always slightly high at the doc) We didn't do a point-of-care A1C today, so I don't know that number until I get my labs back.

@wordpress/build is a new build tool for WordPress plugins that replaces webpack and Babel with esbuild, auto-generates PHP script registration, and requires zero config.
