A5: We run PD every Wednesday (staff leads too). Best resource right now is to ask the parents. Perfect opportunity to create a true plC. Can’t have community if you don’t involve them (especially at elementary while virtual). #MEMSPAchat

Being “invited” into homes has been an awesome experience. Listening to the needs of kids and parents is more important than ever. Popping into classrooms, pizza w/ Principal and making calls home. #MEMSPAchat
