@NehemJeyakumar In the case of using the CLI with the no-start command option, I'm not sure that queued status feels right. I think we might need another status for this. @iamandycohen let's review this with the engineering team.

@NehemJeyakumar The queueing mechanism is great when a team of developers are working on the same environment with a linked repo and have auto deploy upon commit enabled. Developers commit around the same time and deploys get queued and then we process the most request once ready.
