@FarmLifeMB Looks like some kind of bark beetle. This is a sawyer beetle. Closest thing I could find.

Any idea what this bug is? Found in a grain sample. Didn’t notice any damaged kernels. About 3-5 mm. Seem to be black in colour.

@skellerfarms We put fert nozzles in a 90 foot Brandt last year and it worked really well. Bigger tank, wider booms, faster ground speed. Worth considering.

Know of any liquid fertilizer dribble bar applicators for sale? Cant seem to find any on RBros or Kijiji. I know at one time Pattison Liquid Systems made them.

@patkunz We could get ours pretty tight, but our gates were not as wide. Can use a pretty long pipe for leverage, though. Aussie worker showed us the technique, and it proved solid for many years.

What’s everyone’s favourite gate latch for wire gates? Chain is ok and secure but pulling a 50 foot 5 wire up tight isn’t easy. Could use some more leverage somehow. Dad uses a fence puller but that’s not real convenient.

Anyone know what this weed is. I’m in southern Manitoba, and got quite a bit of it in my sloughs/lowland that was flooded this spring/summer. Just want to make sure it’s not a toxic plant to livestock before cutting the grass for hay. And it is not Gaint Hogweed.#cdnAg #westcdnag

Milwaukee users, I can’t budge the lugs with my new impact. Torqued to 450ft/lbs the impact is supposed to throw 1400ft/lbs. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. @MilwaukeeTool
