The Refund Fund delivered.
In partnership with @WiedenKennedy, @turbotax, and Team @FanumTV, GameSquare and @zonedgg helped bring Fanum’s Refund Fund to life, a live streaming campaign built around giving back $100,000 to his community across a series of Twitch streams.
The campaign blended creator authenticity, audience participation, and live culture at scale. The results:
• 1.88B stream impressions
• 639K+ hours watched
• 12.6M social views
• 61.5K peak concurrent viewers
Huge shoutout to the teams across GameSquare and ZONED, alongside our partners, for bringing this campaign to life and delivering real impact at scale.
Yesterday we reported Q1 2026 results, delivering $15.8 million in proforma revenue alongside continued momentum across the GameSquare platform.
Highlights from the quarter included:
• Proforma gross profit of $6.8 million
• Proforma gross margin of 43.1%
• Adjusted proforma EBITDA loss improved to $(0.7) million, or -4.2% of proforma revenue
• Revenue growth of 95% year-over-year on a reported basis
• Accelerating sales momentum heading into Q2
We also reaffirmed our full year 2026 outlook of:
• $85M to $90M in proforma revenue
• 35% to 40% gross margins
• More than $5M of adjusted EBITDA
Momentum early in Q2 has been driven by expanded programs with leading video game publishers, growing demand for creator-led and experiential campaigns, recent creator additions, and increasing cross-platform opportunities spanning talent, creative, media, data, and consumer products.
Proud of our team and excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue building an integrated platform at the center of gaming and the creator economy.

Today, we announced the appointment of @JustMiclat as Chief Growth Officer of @ClickMedia_, alongside the signing of Steak, the second-largest Roblox creator, to the Click roster.
Justin has helped scale some of the most influential creators in gaming and streaming, including NICKMERCS and SypherPK, generating more than $50M in incremental revenue across talent, partnerships, content strategy, and audience growth.
The addition of Justin and new creator talent is expected to contribute more than $5M in incremental annualized revenue, while further strengthening GameSquare’s integrated creator ecosystem spanning talent management, data analytics, creative services, and experiential activations.
As brands continue shifting toward creator-led and experiential marketing, we believe GameSquare is well positioned to help creators build durable businesses while delivering measurable outcomes for partners.

Last week, GameSquare and @Anchorage hosted a private evening at the Cowboys Club, located at the world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys in Frisco, Texas, bringing together a select group of family office principals and investment leaders.
The fireside with @justin_kenna, CEO of GameSquare, and Rhydon Lee, Managing Director of Goff Capital, covered the full picture: GameSquare's evolution into a creator economy infrastructure platform, a strong Q4 that delivered the company's first positive adjusted EBITDA, and a treasury strategy that incorporates digital assets as a complement to its core operating business.
The conversation also touched on how AI is accelerating GameSquare's data and personalization capabilities, the strategic rationale behind recent acquisitions including @TubeBuddy and @ClickMedia_, and how investors should be thinking about platforms that sit at the center of consumer attention.
Thank you to everyone who joined for what was a candid and high-quality evening. We look forward to continuing the dialogue.
