Today, we announced the appointment of @JustMiclat as Chief Growth Officer of @ClickMedia_, alongside the signing of Steak, the second-largest Roblox creator, to the Click roster. Justin has helped scale some of the most influential creators in gaming and streaming, including NICKMERCS and SypherPK, generating more than $50M in incremental revenue across talent, partnerships, content strategy, and audience growth. The addition of Justin and new creator talent is expected to contribute more than $5M in incremental annualized revenue, while further strengthening GameSquare’s integrated creator ecosystem spanning talent management, data analytics, creative services, and experiential activations. As brands continue shifting toward creator-led and experiential marketing, we believe GameSquare is well positioned to help creators build durable businesses while delivering measurable outcomes for partners. relationships ≠ transactions the best creator / agent teams are set up so that the creator is able to establish better, more or new relationships with their partners- brand sponsors, content team, product, etc the creator themself is always the direct connection, not the agent. The best agents support by creating a roadmap to get there and then executing on a proper structure to protect and grow those relationships. Build a team that strengthens areas of weakness that can also highlight and increase growth opportunities. Can creators do it all themselves? Sure. but you can get there faster and better by building a team you can trust to grow alongside you.
