DDG found out live on stream that Halle Bailey had been granted a restraining order against him after she accused him of physically assaulting her.
According to court documents, Halle says the first incident happened in January—months after their breakup—when DDG came to pick up their son. She claims he became aggressive during a conversation about visitation, yelling at her and slamming her face into the steering wheel, which chipped her tooth and left bruises.
Halle says she stayed in the car out of concern for her child’s safety and later told DDG’s family what happened. She submitted injury photos with her restraining order request.
The court granted the order, requiring DDG to stay 100 yards away, banning him from discussing her or their child online, and allowing Halle to take the child to Italy for a two-month film shoot.
