@AliZaidiMD @JustinaRybicka Hi Ali. for ACHD training alone, in the UK, the trainee has to have ‘passed’ all core cardiology training (3 years) before doing basic ACHD training for min 2 years - the trainee can then do a fellowship in sub-specialty of ACHD Eg - HF, Imaging, EP- fellowship usu. 1-2 yrs

@ralogon Interesting and similar to what data from UNOS showed but..I think important implication for these results is time of transplant and as expected majority of CHL performed in recent era. Outcomes of HT in Fontan are very much improved in last decade even more in last 5 years..
