@Goose0777 I wouldn't say the writing quality itself is significantly different between the options, but I think FE12 is a fundamentally more interesting story if Kris is a woman

@JustinianGA The only game can think off where it feels like the gender causes a large difference in the quality of the writing is like fe12? Awakening kinda but it's more that both genders have upsides I wouldn't put one over the other, and everything after that it doesn't matter

are there any other games besides cyberpunk 2077 where making your character one gender over the other makes the story so much less interesting that it's fundamentally the wrong choice

@Goose0777 They're uncommon enough that you can feasibly go a playthrough or two without seeing one, so whenever you do get one it's been long enough for you to get jumpscared

@Mic_SMOA @warper2509 @GDragonDev @saraywithk Second has easily the most tightly designed gameplay in the series and it's awesome for that. I like it better than II both for its gameplay and the fact that I like the Luxendarc cast more than the Excillant one, but imo neither holds a candle to the first game overall.
