Everything else is irrelevant and waters down the regular season. I don’t want to ever again “every game matters”.
It doesn’t anymore. You can lose up to 4 now and still make it.

@Cwigg24 @colecubelic 2 and 4 were terrible for the sport because 80% of fan bases gave up hope by week 8. Then teams would get screwed with same record/SOR as team that was chosen. Our sport had the worst playoff in history or sports until 12 team playoff began

@dannykanell This is anti-sec bias talking. Most SeC fans don’t think like this at all. They see the product getting watered down for the sake of more money. Greed is not always a bad thing, but in this case it’s ruining what makes college sports preferable to so many over pro sports.

@dannykanell 4. Realize that there are not enough top tier OL/DL to go around and that without them teams aren’t playing in the same weight class. Any given year 1-3 teams have the talent at the LOS to have a chance so you’re campaigning for 20 participation trophies.
