When the penis goes in far enough to press against or tap the cervix (or the area just behind it), many people describe the sensation as feeling like it’s in their stomach or hitting the stomach. It’s not literally inside the stomach the stomach is higher up in the abdomen but the cervix sits at the top of the vagina, and the pressure can feel like it’s radiating upward into the lower belly area.
