The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States for the seventh time won the war that wasn’t a war, so the United States can open the Strait of Hormuz that was open before the not war.
The not war that started to get the uranium that was completely obliterated, so that the Iranians can’t build the nuclear bomb that they weren’t building for the not war that the United States started.
Then the United States which has nuclear weapons threatening to use nuclear weapons to prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons because having nuclear weapons is dangerous.
If the United States saw what the United States is doing in the United States, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.

Gaza:
▪️A peer-reviewed study in The Lancet Global Health estimated 75,200 violent deaths between October 7, 2023, and January 5, 2025.
▪️Over 65,000 additional deaths from starvation.
▪️Women and children comprise approximately 60% to 70% of total fatalities.
▪️An additional 10,000 people are estimated to be missing and presumed buried under rubble.
▪️Over 80% of buildings in Gaza are reported to be damaged or destroyed, with an estimated 320,000+ housing units affected and over 60 million tonnes of rubble created.
Hell on earth. And there is absolutely no justification for this scale of atrocity whatsoever.

So, if I got that right, here's the narrative:
- A US F-15E fighter jet got shot down over Iran, despite Trump saying 2 days beforehand in his nationwide address that Iran has "no anti-aircraft equipment. Their radar is 100% annihilated." (apnews.com/article/donald…)
- The plane's weapons systems officer - a "highly respected Colonel," according to Trump - ejected from the plane and got "seriously wounded" (still according to Trump: @realDonaldTrump/116351956955900185" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…)
- He still managed to "hike up a 7,000-foot [2.1km] mountain ridgeline and hide in a crevice" in the Zagros Mountains, despite his wounds (time.com/article/2026/0…)
- U.S. MQ-9 Reaper drones started killing all "Iranian military-aged males believed to be a threat who got within three kilometers of [the American's location]" (x.com/ByChrisGordon/…)
- To retrieve him the U.S. managed to seize an "abandoned airport," 200 miles deep inside Iran, near Isfahan (bbc.com/news/articles/…), which happens to be where Iran's largest atomic scientific center is located (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isfahan_N…)
- They landed two MC-130 military transport planes in that airport (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…) in an operation involving "hundreds of special forces troops and military personnel" (time.com/article/2026/0…)
- Both MC-130 planes got "stuck in the sand" and the U.S. destroyed them themselves "to prevent them from falling into Iranian hands" (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…)
- They deployed "three new aircraft to extract all the U.S. personnel" on the ground (theaviationist.com/2026/04/05/u-s…)
- There are videos circulating online of "heavy clashes" with presumably Iranian missiles raining down in Kohgiluyeh County, in the Zagros Mountains during that night (x.com/Afshin_Ismaeli…)
- Iran sent pictures of the aftermath at the "abandoned airport" and it's a sight of utter destruction, with US plane and MH-6 helicopter parts scattered all over the ground, still smoking (turkiyetoday.com/region/wreckag…). Iran claims they are the ones who in fact destroyed all the aircraft.
- Meanwhile a second U.S. plane, an A-10 Warthog, also crashed on Friday near the Strait of Hormuz according to two U.S. officials speaking to the NYT (#47863db0-d61e-51bf-b7e1-6c4a9dc988e7" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">nytimes.com/live/2026/04/0…). In that instance too the lone pilot was apparently "safely rescued."
- In all this, after the multiple planes and helicopters destroyed or shot down, the documented heavy clashes, the "hundreds of special forces troops and military personnel" operating deep inside Iran, not a single US soldier was reported killed "or even wounded" (according to Trump: @realDonaldTrump/116350133044957842" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…).
- And the 'highly respected Colonel' this was all for? No name. No photo. No interview. Nobody has spoken to him nor knows who he is.
So to sum up: anti-aircraft equipment that supposedly didn't exist shot down an F-15 (and, apparently, an A-10 Warthog the same day). A seriously wounded man climbed a 2.1km mountain. The US seized an airfield 200 miles inside a country it's at war with, next to one of its most strategic nuclear sites, and deployed hundreds of troops all apparently unimpeded. Lost two planes to "sand" and destroyed their own helicopters. Videos show heavy clashes, missiles raining down - but not a single person got "even wounded". And the man at the center of it all? Nobody knows who he is, completely anonymous, zero pictures, but Trump says he is "SAFE and SOUND." And so is the rescued A-10 Warthog pilot, who also remains anonymous.
Trump concludes this all proves the US has "achieved overwhelming Air Dominance and Superiority over the Iranian skies" (@realDonaldTrump/116350133044957842" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…), despite the whole episode only happening because Iran shot his planes out of the sky.
Basically, the only thing that's "overwhelming" here is the audacity of the storytelling...

@seanhannity You wouldn't believe how happy most citizens in NATO countries would be to get out of it. Ami go home.
English

Secretary of State Marco Rubio questions NATO’s value, warning the alliance becomes a “one-way street” if the U.S. can’t use European bases to defend its own interests:
“Sean, I’ve been one of the strongest defenders of NATO during my time as a United States senator, because I found great value in it. And it wasn’t just about defending Europe—I said it also allowed us to have military bases in Europe that let us project power into different parts of the world when our national security was threatened. If now we have reached a point where the NATO alliance means that we can’t use those bases—that, in fact, we can no longer use those bases to defend America’s interests—then NATO is a one-way street. Then NATO is simply about us having troops in Europe to defend Europe, but when we need their help—not even airstrikes, just access to military bases—their answer is no. Then why are we in NATO? You have to ask that question. So I think there’s no doubt, unfortunately, that after this conflict is concluded, we are going to have to reexamine that relationship. We’re going to have to reexamine the value of NATO for our country. Ultimately, that’s a decision for the president to make.”

Mein Gott!
Hier sehen Sie den Primitivling & US-„Kriegsminister“ (?)

@J1MMYJAMJAM @camarada_gato @Matt_Bracken48 You are delusional. Have you followed the Ukraine war? US soldiers will be hunted down man by man with FPVs. It's a nightmare. US drones are spare, expansive a mediocre.
English

@camarada_gato @Matt_Bracken48 Not holding it with men. Denying it with drones. This is 99% unmanned. You'll get a chopper showreel set to cool music, see a flag raised in a geo locatable area and for all intents and purposes, it's 'taken'.
It could of already started.
Hey, someone asked, so there you go.

English

Will somebody please explain to me how, with the Strait of Hormuz a no-go-zone for the U.S. Navy, and our warships driven out of the Persian Gulf, we can support a USMC amphibious landing on Kharg Island, 750 miles from the eastern tip of Oman?🧵
Is the Tripoli Amphibious Ready Group going to storm into the Persian Gulf, where our Burke-class destroyers won't go? Obviously not. This idea is insane. How about by helo and tilt-rotor? Out of range.
What if they stage in Kuwait or Saudi Arabia for helo and Osprey lifts across the Gulf? Russia and China will tell Iran where to aim their drones and missiles while the force is assembling.
Maybe a mass paradrop? Straight into an "Alamo" siege. Great idea. Not.
What if the Marines just capture some of those "small" islands in the Strait of Hormuz? Qeshm is bigger than Okinawa. Larak is bigger than Iwo Jima. Any idea how many Marines and Soldiers it took to conquer just those 2 islands, at what cost in KIA and WIA?
I keep reading absolute MORONS on X telling how some A-10s are "softening up" an area larger than South Vietnam, so that a few thousand Marines can attack and hold . . . what?
It's as if space aliens studying only still images had no sense of scale of earth creatures, and thought a mouse could eat an elephant. It boggles my mind.

@lostguy79 If this happend, neither China nor Russia are surprised, because it's prob. Chinese tech.

BREAKING:
Huge shockwaves in the military world today! 🚨
Iran has took down TWO American F-35s in just 24 hours.
Military experts from US, Russia and China are reportedly losing their minds over this.
Because
The F-35 is basically the "Final Boss" of fighter jets. Its whole thing is Stealth Mode—it’s supposed to be invisible.
You can’t lock onto it because, on radar, it’s not even there. 👻✈️
If Iran, with only basic air defense ,actually detected, tracked, and HIT these jets... it’s a massive L for America’s most expensive tech.
The trillion-dollar "invisible" jet just got seen and hit…
Remember China and Russia are actually surprised but US experts are 😮 shocked..

You've got to hand it to Iran: that's masterful asymmetric warfare.
If they pull this off and suddenly oil transiting through Hormuz is traded in Yuan, we're talking potentially close to $1 trillion less in annual demand for dollars (20% of the world's oil + LNG). It'd be insanely impressive to achieve this simply by controlling a 30-mile strait with a few missiles and drones.
And it'd have compounding effects: $1 trillion less in demand for dollars means less foreign buying of US Treasuries, higher borrowing costs in the U.S., more inflation, etc.
Heck even if this doesn't materialize, the mere fact they're suggesting it and that it's taken seriously by mainstream media like CNN is impactful in and of itself: at the end of the day dollar supremacy is also very much based on inertia. But inertia works both ways: once enough people start questioning it, the questioning itself becomes self-reinforcing.
Imagine you're a central banker and you're seeing this: you're undoubtedly telling yourself "mmm, maybe it's time to hold a bit more yuan, just in case."
It's also pretty ironic: the U.S. has weaponized the dollar against others countless times - including, of course, against Iran - but I can't think of a precedent of a country actively at war with the U.S. using the dollar's dominance as a weapon against them. Literally flipping the playbook, which sets an interesting precedent.
All in all, in this war you really have the feeling to witness Sun Tzu's maxim about "knowing the enemy and knowing yourself" in real time: Trump obviously completely failed to understand what he was getting into.
Iran, on the other hand, clearly studied its enemy's vulnerabilities, be it hitting Gulf countries until they question whether being a U.S. ally protects or endangers them, choking oil supply to inflict economic pain the US can't bomb its way out of, or now attacking the dollar itself.
The U.S. only has bombs to reply, but hard to see how they could bomb their way out of problems that were entirely predictable consequences of their bombing in the first place, if anyone had spent five minutes thinking about what Iran might do in response.

Iran is considering allowing a limited number of oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, provided that the oil cargo is traded in Chinese yuan, a senior Iranian official tells CNN. @CNN @cnni cnn.com/world/live-new…

Deutsch

@Jutta___H @PolitRealist Was verstehst du an keine großartige Veränderung nicht?

Kannste in 3 Monaten behaupten, egal was kommt, dass du richtig lagst. Erbärmlich. 🤭

Deutsch

@dany_bmg @PolitRealist @grok Warum konnte RU Starlink so lange benutzen?
