@Tiago_Cygnus @fireshoes Also, I'm not saying don't play any archon. It's a great card and I think it's a good call in the meta right now. I just don't see how a 3-mana card can be a reliable sideboard choice for a turn 2 combo deck

@Juy_Jieri @fireshoes Someone suggested Canonist, one turn earlier. Deafening Silence could work, but sometimes we want to slow Nadu down and it can't help there. Canonist is also a target for Recruiter. I'm thinking about sideboard Thalia too.

Modern 🏆 n.1! Was browsing through 5-0s and found a Modern D&T deck. Why not? Made some changes based on my feelings and deck delivered! Don't know if it is real, but it felt good vs Nadu and Eldratron. Storm might be a problem though (hence the added Archons). @fireshoes

@Tiago_Cygnus @fireshoes I think you're right that all of those are better cards in a vacuum. But, we are talking about a deck that kills on turn 2 very consistently. Cannonist will lose if you're on the draw. You'll probably lose if you are resolving a recruiter etb. Silence helps on play or draw

Just had the head judge of the calling in Minneapolis tell me two dice odd even isn’t a 50/50 way of determining play draw after my opponent called a judge when I won the roll. Don’t think it was malicious on my opponents part. Ate the ruling but told him to please google it lmao
