The whispers from those closest to the Man City PSR charges case suggest there is going to be a very firm line in the sand drawn. Discussion soon after will turn to if honours are indeed tainted. A shame for some ordinary City fans who didn’t buy into billions of corruption. VG.

🚨 JUST IN: There is now a seriously confident expectation that a verdict in the Man City 115 charges case could arrive within weeks, with Premier League clubs awaiting official communication. [HandofArsenal] If City were to receive a 60-point deduction: ➡️ They would fall into the relegation zone instantly. ➡️ West Ham would survive. ➡️ European qualification places would completely reshuffle. ➡️ It would become one of the biggest punishments in English football history. A 60-point deduction would leave Manchester City on just 15 points. The outcome of this case could change the Premier League forever. Now we know why Pep Guardiola left this season.

The man who built the ruling movement now controls the legislature, while his former protégé controls the executive. The legislature will now actually act as a real check on presidential power, rather than a rubber stamp.

🚨Understand City are preparing for the worst outcome possible regarding the Premier League’s 115 charges. Whispers around Manchester is that a transfer ban and a points deduction could be on the cards this summer - #MCFC have hired specialist consultants that will be ready to APPEAL against any forthcoming verdict.

@B3laze If we really want change then Maraga should be aiming for the Speaker seat of the NA. That is where we can control the governement expenditure.

This is what should have happened in Kenya. The people hold the power through parliament. Elect young and/or leaders of integrity to parliament and achieve majority. If by bad luck Ruto comes back for a second term, he will not be able to play with public funds again
ZVAMAINGA MUHONDO@Muswatadzi

Today 26 May 2026, Ousmane Sonko was elected Speaker of the National Assembly of Senegal. He received 132 votes out of 133 cast. One abstention. Zero votes against. The opposition boycotted the session, calling the manoeuvre a scandal, however the arithmetic was merciless: PASTEF holds 130 of the 165 seats. The outcome was never in doubt!!! Read that again!!! The man he dismissed three days ago now presides over the chamber that funds his presidency, passes his laws, & can, if it chooses, remove him!!! There is a lesson here, and it is older than Senegal. You can fire a prime minister. You cannot fire the people. You can dissolve a government. You cannot dissolve a movement. The legitimacy Faye borrowed from Sonko's imprisonment, from Sonko's sacrifice, from Sonko's anointing - that legitimacy has now been reclaimed by the man who earned it. Faye holds the palace. Sonko holds the Parliament. The palace cannot govern without the Parliament. The Parliament owes nothing to the palace!!! The edifice Faye built on borrowed authority is now a myth in the wind. Parliament has exposed it. Parliament has rejected it. The true centre of power is not in the presidential palace. It is in the chamber that voted 132 to nothing for the return of the revolutionary!!! @ali_naka @cecild84 @Sentletse

@Its_Roddie Sample size and win rate argument. Assuming Pep spans 27 years at City as compared to 10 and maintains his dominance, does his win rate go up or down?

Governance expert Cyprian Nyamwamu has dropped a bombshell on Spice FM. He claims that someone in the Uhuru Ruto government borrowed money on behalf of Kenya, stole it, then lent the same money back to the country. What kind of greed is this?
