To the Top Shot faithful getting riled up over this increase in mint count of the promotional Paul Pierce moments - my take is this: 1. These are promotional (free to claim) moments. They are featured in NBA promotional emails. (I posted about it recently with a screenshot) 2. I’m assuming demand is nearly outpacing supply of the moments 3. Because of this, TS had to make more of these free to claim moments available. 4. I’m guessing it was easier, logistically, to increase the count of these already minted free, promotional moments than to create new ones (can’t confirm this though, this is what I’m imagining) 5. I would not take this example of demand nearly outpacing supply to mean that this would happen with other moments you’re holding that were previously minted 6. If it were my call I would either mint additional Paul Pierce moments, or have a landing page with a different promo pack such as containing current all stars, with a note that new users who rip this alternate pack would still be entered into the Paul Pierce hangout sweepstakes. 7. If we want to flip the narrative here, it’s a good thing that there is a bunch of demand for this - and I’d like to see it repeated with other nba players and with the NBA partnership. TS must thread the needle to move these new users along the customer journey to purchasing users. 8. Okay that’s it. Have a nice weekend. Watch Tandy Time on replay.
