@jcortesfibla @HM_Passport We had the same. I rang up and was told that due to delays etc some applications were being sent to other offices to process. So our two child renewal applications were processed in different offices. We have had one back a week ago but still waiting on the other!

@HM_Passport Hi, I applied 19.07 for 1st child’s passport, email with documents received 22.07. I got an email 06.08 stating documents received again, exactly same email. Some issues there (and delays). Can you please have a look? I also DM’ed on Friday
