so i need to get under 40kg by my birthday which means i need to lose 5 kg a month which is a 1000 cal deficit daily and i usually burn 1500 so if i just have dinner (always under 350 cals) and combine that with a under 100 cal breakfast to get me going through thr day and 1/2
