Nibe has signed MoU with DRDO for Pinaka as well as with Israeli PULS. Who is getting this 292 cr contract? It will be a safe bet to lose all hope of any reform in Indian military infrastructure if it is for the Israeli product at this juncture.

Nibe successfully carried out the firing demonstration of the Suryastra rockets of 150 km & 300 Km range in ITR Chandipur Orissa. The rockets achieved CEP of 1.5 meters & 2 meters respectively during the firing trials. This demonstration is part of the procurement order placed by Indian Army. (Via ANI)

A few changes, new canister, new 8x8 launcher with room for more means 2-3 missiles/launcher? Also the rocket booster looks different as well, to me it's shorter, below picture from 2024 maiden test.

Op Sindoor saw IAF at 10% of its capabilities. And the combined armed forces at 10 - 15 % capability at peak. The 'new systems' you hear rumors of / see being inducted, are merely tip of the iceberg.
