Murió Indira, la tigresa de bengala del zoológico de Cali. Su hijo, Kanú, la atacó en medio de una disputa por territorio. Aunque el zoo dice que esto nunca se había presentado, es normal que animales de esta naturaleza, que requieren cientos de kilómetros para manifestar sus comportamientos naturales, en algún momento reaccionaran ante el cautiverio y la cárcel de por vida. Los tigres de bengala no son originarios de nuestro continente. NO apoyemos industrias que esclavizan animales por entretenimiento. Un animal tan majestuoso debe estar en su casa, en su hábitat, no condenado a cadena perpetua. Esa no debe ser la función de los zoológicos.
