La entrevista a Bernardo Kosacoff @Beni1950 deja una reflexión interesante. Su planteo es bastante directo: ordenar la macroeconomía es necesario, pero no alcanza. Para Kosacoff ordenar la macro es apenas el punto de partida. También plantea algo que ayuda a entender muchas tensiones de la economía argentina: en realidad conviven tres economías distintas. 1- Una más moderna y competitiva, vinculada a sectores exportadores dinámicos. 2- Otra que gira alrededor del mercado interno y que sigue siendo la principal generadora de empleo. 3- Y una tercera, más informal o directamente excluida, que fue creciendo en las últimas décadas. El punto de fondo es que la competitividad no depende solamente de las empresas. También tiene que ver con infraestructura, financiamiento, instituciones y políticas públicas. Ordenar la macro puede abrir oportunidades. Pero el desarrollo productivo no aparece por arte de magia. Hay que construirlo! lanacion.com.ar/economia/berna…

Cito el resumen de Guillermo Abramson sobre las falacias: Dice que José Balseiro fue un físico "formado en Cambridge". Balseiro estudió física en La Plata, donde también se doctoró. Se fue a Manchester (no a Cambridge) a hacer un postdoc (que interrumpió antes de terminarlo).
