Both problems have been identified and are currently being resolved as quickly as possible. ① For Metas who encountered the item loss issue while using the Deposit function, we will send the lost items to you via in-game mail along with an additional compensation. ② For Metas who experienced territory loss, we will repair the affected territories and return the lost items and building materials to your territory Vault. You will be able to check the returned items there. Additionally, we will provide extra compensation to the affected Metas. Players who receive an error code during the cutscenes after the Transmigration mission can return to the Pale Heart via the landing zone to the far left of the map off-screen to continue their campaign progress.
