Yesterday was my last day of a 3-year term on NIMH Mental Health Services Research Committee (SERV). Senior colleagues said doing NIH peer scientific review 3 times per year would be a lot of work and it was. Also by far one of the best experiences of my research career!

Yes! @SWS_FASTLab is the pioneer in adaptation research. We're learning a lot about the need to call into question core components of evidence-based interventions as our partner organizations and providers adapt them during implementation in the real world.
