I get that Preece admitted it and Kyle didn’t, but it shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to know Kyle’s was blatantly intentional too. If it’s THAT obvious from footage or data then they should be able to hand a penalty down with or without driver comments.

NASCAR issued a penalty for retaliation at the Texas race, but not the one you may think: Ryan Preece docked 25 points and fined $50k for wrecking Ty Gibbs. However…and this is obviously going to become a big topic…Kyle Busch NOT penalized for wrecking John Hunter Nemechek.

I did not start this. The 42 apparently doesn’t know where the RS of his car is and where he is in relation to the outside wall. There was 2 ft outside him and I was judging my left side tires to the hash marks. Always know who your racing beside. 🤬

You be the judge of whether Kyle Busch hung a right on John Hunter Nemechek on purpose or if his right front was broken. Pay attention to Busch's last lap and how much he was out of the throttle in the corners. Also included JHN's onboard for reference. "Why did he do that!?"
