@ChaplainCares As we talk about in chaplain-lingo, it is a different type of authority that takes time to embrace (and some do not) and recognize. In 2018, only 4.5% of US citizens had a doctoral degree (See link in next tweet for citation). So yes, there will be burdens that accompany.
