Why is vascular best job in the world? Many reasons. One is creativity/collaboration-different solutions for complex problems. This week, 3 different arch aneurysm solutions: arch replacement/elephant trunk/TEVAR, total endovascular 3 vessel graft, and zone 0 debranch/TEVAR.
