Keshi invested in the domestic players and was able to integrate 2 or 3 as more than just fringe players, & achieved success. The @NGSuperEagles needs something like a ‘home-grown’ player quota to invest in the local league.

My own issue with the @NGSuperEagles list for #AFCON2025 is the non-inclusion of domestic players. It shows there is no strategic plan that includes the domestic league and clubs. There is more to gain from including domestic players (even if only) as fringe players.
