Spring Break well spent. 3 days. 100% effort The growth from Day 1 to Day 3 was unreal during this camp. From defense and hitting fundamentals, to sliding and overhand throwing mechanics, these girls put in the work and had a blast doing it! 💪✨

Slight changes make big impacts. Spent Sunday at @KCSoftballDev and was able to apply changes to my swing the next day. I ended up going 2-4 at the plate off of a talented Beverly Bandits pitcher for a triple and a single! We battled hard but game up short by 1 ♥️ @StarsNatCole

7 weeks of work and now she’s HITTING hitting 🥎🔥 Kat (2026 Lakeland commit) put in the work to clean up her sequence with intentional reps. The blueprint: ✅More efficient bat path ✅Better ground force ✅+6mph increase in exit velo The sound off the bat hits different now 💣

Prep step/pre pitch hop •Getting your timing down perfectly allows you to get to balls quicker and more efficiently •Land a split second after ball hits the bat •You should always be in motion. You don’t want to land and be flat footed for even a half second.
