@MattVerderame He won't be 100%. Dr. Chao is correct. The question is, will he be well enough to play. Also consider that the LCL was also torn & that recovery time is longer that an ACL tear. Finally, Dr. Chao is very respected in the NFL community; he's usually spot on with his analysis.

@Farzin21 No to Hill... he still has another surgery to undertake. Maybe to Sneed... gotta pass a physical first and see how he's recovering from the injuries that have sidelined him for the last two seasons. Neither one should be signed for more than the league minimum.
