@Mays2433 @getnickwright Yup i feel the same way as a knicks fan since 1990! 1999 was short season were lucky getting in the playoffs! 1993 & 1994 & 1995 & 1997 & 2013 were heartbreaking for me as a knicks fan! 1994 losing to the rockets was the only time i cried in sports because they were so close

@getnickwright 99 was the strike shortened season too. Even if we had won, it wouldn’t have held up to any other champions

I am so incredibly happy for Knicks fans. 1994 was one of the most gut-wrenching Finals losses in NBA history. Not getting back again until 1999, when Ewing had a torn Achilles and they were close to drawing dead to the Duncan-Robinson Spurs was a different type of cruelty. And somehow never truly coming close in any season since then should have just been unfathomable. Instead, it was entirely predictable and at various times they were a national punch line. To turn this season around from what it seemed like it was going to be (another promising but inevitably disappointing season), into what it became (the single most dominant month of playoff basketball from a margin of victory standpoint in the history of the NBA), is truly remarkable. I am picking the Knicks in the Finals but more importantly I’ll be rooting for the Knicks in the Finals. The NYC hoops fans deserve this moment.

In order for the Knicks to beat the Cavs, the Knicks must keep CLE from getting to the FT line. Knick defenders have to continue to pressure the ball and force TOs and get easy buckets in transition. Lastly, the Knicks have to exploit the Cavs lack of depth and their bench must score and rebound. Knicks in 6. #AlwaysKnicks

@NYK_Mentality85 I always said the difference Between LJ and Mason was LJ Can shoot the ball! Besides that LJ was washed up with a bad back! To me Mason was just a plain better player then LJ and Oakley

Name a Knick player from your childhood who's style-of-play you absolutely loved. I'll start it off with... Anthony Mason. I loved everything about Anthony Mason's game from his willingness to come off the bench as our 6th man, his Passing abilities, his physicality on the boards for Rebounding, his dribbling abilities for a man of his size, his dog-like Defense, his ability to finish down low, even his 1 handed Free-Throws and I think most importantly outside of his toughness as an enforcer was his ability to go Coast-to-Coast as a Playmaking 6'8/250 lbs Point-Forward. Despite the LJ 4-Point Play I hated the trade back then and still hate the trade as of today because not only was Anthony Mason one of the heart and souls of my 90's Knicks but watching him become All-NBA + All-Defense with Charlotte + an All-Star for the Miami Heat (while Larry Johnson made none of the above as a Knick); it made me sick. I think Anthony Mason is the reason why Josh Hart is one of my All-Time favorite Knicks and it's because Josh Hart as a Point-Forward reminds me so much of a throwback version of Anthony Mason. Rest in heaven Mase.

Name a random #Knick from your childhood days. I'll start with... J.R. Reid. 1995-1996 season I was only 10-11 years old but I still remember just wanting him to pass the ball to Patrick Ewing because he wasn't too good on Offense lol but he played with grind and I loved it.
