Storytelling is an essential leadership skill. Stories help us make connections, build meaningful relationships with others & retain information. We're 7x more likely to remember a fact when it's wrapped in a story. I finally finished reading "Right kind of wrong: why learning to fail can teach us to thrive" by @AmyCEdmondson. We treat "failure" as a bad thing. Yet "intelligent failure" is often the only way we can gain the critical information we need to improve. How is intelligent failure different to other kinds?
