@KGRII2 @notthesameone2 I'm so happy to read your comment right now as I sit here in a pool of tears which is not me. I emailed rescues last night until 2AM begging someone to save this puppy & sweet Foreign. I told them they'd be killed today. Peppy was rescued Thank God but they murdered Foreign🌈

And the deaths of Benny & Winks in the last week? Risa Weinstock said she is tired of housing dogs but that is her job. That is why she makes $240,000 a year. It is her epic failure to not find placement for #LongStay dogs. She has long stated they do not kill healthy, adoptable dogs & we have seen no retractions for these untruths. To be fair #NYCACC needs help w/ all the citizens of #NYC starving & dumping their dogs. There is nothing offered by politicians to alleviate the constant pressure of Intakes & medical issues.
