Comparatively, in March I started working as a TV runner. Bearing in mind Ive got 14 years as a professional under my belt, I've progressed very quickly and by the Autumn I was working across a range of international shoots with the BBC.
Income from Sept 23 - Jan 24 = £24,000

- My pre-Covid 2018/2019 gross turnover (living in England) = £32,108
- My post-Covid 2022/2023 gross turnover (living in Wales) = £12,073

@Arts_Wales_ defunding @NTWtweets and then the Welsh Government reducing ACW's budget by 10% is bleak. I left the theatre sector in Wales this year after 14 years of slogging it out and started from scratch as a runner in TV because there is no future for theatre in Cymru.
