@Kia turned in a lease and hit with ridiculous fees, finance team no help at all even though still have another kia and ge it serviced at a kia dealership. Will NEVER buy another kia again and will strongly advise anyone that will listen to go somewhere else.
@Kia Can you please fix the software in your entertainment system so it doesn't make it so I have to turn the volume up to almost max to hear it when using a BT connected device?

We have a 2015 Kia Soul, and like a lot of Kia owners, we were told to bring it in for the engine recall software update. So we did exactly what we were supposed to do. We took it to Kia, had the update done, and about a month later the car went into limp mode and threw the P1326 code.
For anyone who doesn’t know, P1326 is tied to Kia’s Knock Sensor Detection System. That system is supposed to detect engine knock or possible connecting rod bearing wear before the engine fails completely. So this is not just some random check engine light. This is connected to the engine issue Kia already knows about.
We took the car back to Kia and now it has been sitting there for almost two weeks with no real updates, no clear answers, and constant we’ll call you back responses that never happen. We keep having to chase them just to get basic information about our own car.
And honestly, the whole thing feels shady. The car had the recall software update done, then shortly after it went into limp mode with P1326, and now it feels like Kia is trying to find any possible way to avoid covering the full engine replacement instead of standing behind the issue and their own warranty.
Their reason is that we are missing proof of two oil changes from 10 to 9 years ago when I first got the car, so now they are trying to pin the engine problem on us and say the engine was neglected. Mind you, the car is 10 years old. I even went back and found the shops where I had the oil changes done, but they are no longer in business, so I cannot get those documents even if I wanted to
Awful service. Awful communication. And if this is how Kia handles customers after a known engine issue, people deserve to know before buying one. A recall or warranty does not mean much if you have to fight for weeks just to get basic answers.
@Kia my Kia is at my local dealer and I know it needs work done, I just havent heard back about what it needs. Can you guys toss me a little discount or something? ( we miss 100 percent of the shots we dont take ) 🙌
My 2015 Kia Sorento (Snow White Pearl) has severe paint peeling/delamination. Kia dealership advised it appears to be a paint defect, but I’m still fighting for help from corporate.

@Kia I will be filing a better business bureau complaint for false advertising. The sales rep at Ed voyales Kia admitted that they’re posting false prices on their website and people are always coming in expecting that price. I can understand a 1-3k but 10.4k mistake Is insane.
@Kia Contacted Kia dealership in Madison, WI area. There are some deals showing up on dealer's website. How come the dealer don't even honor their listed prices on the site & quoting almost 3 times more lease prices ? Is this legal ?

@Kia needs to do better. They clearly know about their engine and oil issues. Reported under warranty, weeks without my car with zero loaner but an $800 rental bill, told me to talk across the enterprise. Will never purchase a Kia or deal with their dealerships ever again.
My Kia was attempted to be stolen today (most likely apart of the shooting situation), they shattered the window and broke the ignition column. The upgraded system prevented them from taking the car but my car was stolen 6 months ago. Both times armed teenagers/young adults. It’s painted a massive target on my back for solely owning a @Kia…

The Travis County DA is empathetic to these teens, often releasing these offenders even when many are openly bragging about their crimes on social media.
Kia needs to face lawsuits from states and victims because the company knows its vehicles are easy targets for thieves yet has not done enough to implement stronger anti-theft measures.
@Kia I'm currently driving my fourth, and now last Kia. 2021 Seltos SX T-GDI. Heavy oil consumption and transmission slipping but, as second owner, nothing is covered. KIA message boards littered with complaints about both but, I'm screwed. I'll be looking to get rid of it, unfortunately at a loss, and will NEVER buy another KIA product again. Severely disappointed in KIA.
If you’re thinking of getting a Kia, don’t. We have a Telluride that needs a new engine, is under warranty, and we’ve been getting jerked around for a month by local and corporate service people passing the blame! Awful company and service. @Kia@Kia_Worldwide
@Kia you guys really messed up the driving assist button in the EV9. The button looks the same as it did in the other cars like the EV6 and the Telluride, but it doesn’t function the same. Why would you do this? Almost turned my car back into the dealer after it was ping-ponging down the highway.

After looking into it more there's 10+ NHTSA complaints filed for this exact issue. It mainly affects the GT-Line which is what we have. Owners are finding the rear alignment is way out of spec from factory and some even had loose bolts on the lower control arms. Still no TSB from @Kia despite it being well documented online.
@Kia Your service department in Ventura Ca gave me the wrong diagnosis of my 2021 Kia Seltos S. They wanted me to charge me 1,000 for a starter. When it was a power relay that was the issue. I was wondering if I can get a refund of my of my diagnosis since it was wrong.
@Kia Will never buy another Kia. 2019 white sorrento paint chipping of. Outrageous. Kia will not do anything about this. There are thousands of people with this same issue.
