@Kia Terrible service for more than a month the can’t get parts to fix warranty they never call and if you call you have to go through their stupid AI and can’t get to a service person. You leave a message and the call you after a week stay away from them worse I’ve seen from any car dealership

@Kia @hosongsung @chevrolet @mtbarra I've been buying Chevy all my life until recently. My wife and I tried Kia due to price. Our Kia is under 40,000 miles and we can't keep is out of the dealership's shop because they can't seem to fix it. What a mistake. Chevy, I'll be back.

Bought a brand-new 2027 @Kia Telluride Hybrid to safely transport my family. One week later it’s inoperable. My options? Pay for a rental & hope I’m reimbursed, or take a vehicle that can’t fit my family of five (including our newborn). Kia, this isn’t acceptable. Case #26245668.

@Kia I have a 2016 kia Soul w/ 81,000 miles-loss of power, metal shavings in my oil and knocking. My cat converter was replcd @ 40, 000 miles & is now completely melted Kia refused goodwill replcment & address the engine issues quoted $4000 for the catalytic coverter replcment😡

@Kia your connect service is horrid. We were told in Feb. of 25 that it would be available in MA, like it was on our previous car, "in a month or 2". We are 1 year 4 months into this. Every other manufacturer has figured this out, why can't you? We moved states even!

@Kia is absolutely horrible! Used theyre 24/7 roadside assistance, they took it to Hyundai! Now it's been there since Wednesday, they're service department doesn't return calls, the cars a brand new fn paperweight! Can't do anything with it! Absolutely horrible service!

Do NOT buy a Kia from Cable Dahmer in the KC area. Been trying for 3 months to have my vehicle serviced. Not service advisers, service manager, GM, nor Cable Dahmer corporate office has returned my calls. Never Cable Dahmer again. Nor kia. @cabledahmerkia @Cabledahmerkc @Kia

@Kia I've gotten this alternator replaced 3 times. It's there a way to just trade this in alfor another vehicle at this point. Literally the same issue everytime.
