@Kia please update the update.kia.com website and the error message on the navigation updater to say "this service is no longer supported." An error message that says the system is "temporarily unavailable" for a year now is misleading and frustrating for everyone

@Kia I posted this once but feel I should do it again. I was sick about my 2016 Kia Sorrento because oil was in the antifreeze, just off warranty 107k. Kia just called and they are going to fix it under warranty. Everyone must know how Kia stepped up before they buy a new car.

My 2015 Kia Soul had a catastrophic engine failure at 133k miles. Dealer noted hole in piston #2 & valve in cyl #3 and recommended engine replacement. @Kia denied assistance even with noted engine recalls & class actions, closed the case. Hoping Kia will reconsider. #Kia #KiaSoul

@Kia the Karp Kia service center in Rockville Center, NY is genuinely giving the brand a bad name. Why is my car leaving the service center with more problems than it came with? The poor customer service tops it all off.

Hey @Kia, why does it take you 2 months to reimburse me for my rental that I paid for while you replaced the high voltage battery in my EV9 for 15 days? And why isn’t it for the full amount I paid for? 12700 miles and it needed a new HV battery! You guys must hate selling cars.

@Kia has been robbing people promising the best connected subscription via Kia Connect. But in actuality, trip history doesnt work frm Jan '26 , Vehicles older than 3 years w/o nav updates won't get connected routing but there is No navigation updates from Apr '25. #Kiafailure

@Kia please explain why your dealerships can’t even charge a battery? Why they put you on hold for 24 minutes and then hang up without bothering to call back? I tell anyone who will listen to me not to buy a Kia! Btw aren’t those same crap engines in the Genesis starting at $45k? @KiaDelray why do you hang up on people?

@kia So excessive oil consumption is NOT covered under a CPO warranty for a 2020 Sportage with less than 70k miles? I've specifically purchased 3 Kia's for the extended warranty, and now a blatant defect is not covered? Fix it or I'll be buying @Honda.
