Maybe im not open minded enough but there is no drag race season where you can’t be pick between two Queens. Like all of these top 2’s in this pic u can more or less easily pick one winner Double crownings have to make sense competitively AND storyline wise

@Th3_W1IIow Nymphia barely had any editable content for her own storyline though, for like most of the season she had like a completely invisible edit (I think to protect her mostly based on what queens say) So im not sure you could do anything with Nymphia really

@SloppyJoe_y My point wasn’t related to how production thinks but also I won’t go that far, some franchises really care about Fan reception. France’s reigning regular season queen was crowned with 0 wins because she was by far the fan favourite

@KINA2_2 This is my point. Production doesn't care what you or anyone else thinks - there doesn't *have* to be any storyline to justify anything - they will do whatever the please and don't care about fan reception or twitter

@teongr99 Imo they had to have Cheddar be a front runner to give Danny even some competition, cuz Danny was really ahead. She was the main girl, very Vivienne

@KINA2_2 Maybe the only one is uk4: both cheddar and danny gave winner energy so bad and the edit was not that clear up until the last episode. That is the only case where i thought there would be a double crowning

@SloppyJoe_y That’s not enough of a storyline to justify a double crowning, if you have to create it out of almost thin air then it’s not good enough to be a double crowning story, it’s not about having any storyline, but having THEE storyline (that we haven’t seen yet)

@KINA2_2 You can make a storyline though - Kyran & La Voix both had a storyline that was easy to push. Veteran queen finally getting her dues and dominating the competition against younger queens versus new edgy queen bringing a different kind of drag to the competition

@KINA2_2 Storyline for me its rajah and silky . All their seasons were together and they were real life besties. But also i thought silky should have won over rajah . Silky slayed and narrated CVSTW

@KINA2_2 Right? And Storyline wise too after Kyran opened up to La Voix at the mirrors I was convinced they were gonna crown them together or at the very least that they were locks for top 2 (which broke my Marm fan heart but her crown will come)

@jmolten32 I don’t think Manila’s post S3 aged as well as Raja at all, especially in the last couple years. And also she kinda lost Drag Race twice
