@Alpha_Remix_HD Nah, I’d argue it was right on time. When Toni, Mercedes, and at points Willow were all off TV, you could argue that Shida was the most fleshed out woman character on TV. Her feud with Stat was the only interesting story in the division for weeks.

Shida has visibly slowed down at this point in her career but she turned up her character work by a million & has been the steady week-to-week guiding veteran presence in the division in Toni Storm’s absence. Effective reign from an invaluable OG that created a new star tonight.

Very happy for Maya World! Admittedly, I have been really enjoying Shida’s work with her current character and was pulling to see her walk into All In with the title. But again, very happy for Maya. She has worked her ass off through an awful part of her life. #AEWRedemption
