@l_m_s15 Im Gegensatz zu Wirecard gibt es hier ein Produkt mit Marge. Die BaFin wird meiner Meinung ein laufendes Unternehmen in der aktuellen wirtschaftl. Lage nicht hart abstrafen und Arbeitsplätze gefährden.

Summary of Tesla $TSLA earnings call
(1) we eliminated $8,000 addon option for FSD, so vehicle margins will drop
ie… our vehicle margins are about to tank from record high metal and lithium prices as well as import tariffs
(2) our home and industrial battery margins are going to tank from above mentioned issue and competition
(3) our vehicle sales numbers are going to tank
(4) we’re eliminating vehicle production at Fremont Factory and… (will announce temporary layoffs as we transition to Optimus Factory, but that will become permanent 6 months from initial layoff)
(5) we’re investing in xAI
(6) Capex is about to go nuts from added tariff and metals cost
(7) We’re going to be forced to do share sales since we will no longer be profitable.

Not only is it not scalable, it confirms that the Robotaxi program is all about optics.
There’s no good or safety reason to have the safety monitor in the passenger seat or in a chase car. They should be in the driver’s seat behind the steering wheel. Period.
It’s safer until Tesla can prove that no supervision is needed.
Getting supervision increasingly further from the steering wheel does nothing to improve the tech or safety.
It only serves to maintain an illusion that progress toward unsupervised is happening faster than it is.
