@DKemeridou I mostly read fiction, but every so often, I put a Non-fic book on my list. That's what I'm reading now: Tom Bower's book: Oil - Money Power and Politics in the 21st Century. Good, clear-headed journalism, neither fawning nor self-righteous.

@AuthorGoodwin I'm having fun writung a 2 POV novel. I'm trying to keep the voices distinct, and making sure the "right" narrator is relaying the scene.

@klhicks912 Depends on the book. For most novels, there's an obvious person that the book should be dedicated to. For one, I simply wrote: This one is for you.

@klhicks912 I'll do a little research on settings, esp a place I've never been before. There's so much info available now. You can find pictues of land marks, look up average weather for the time of year. It doesn't have to be exhaustive. Those little touches add credibility.

How much research so you do for a book?

@JamieAdStories It's not a done deal for either side. I'm interested to see if that IA poll showing Harris ahead there holds up.
